Over the past four years we have met with many "big thinkers and doers" in their respective fields who are actively involved in leadership initiatives. We have had conversations about "what's important" and have learned that there is a growing group of very capable leaders who are underserved and underutilized; there is a long list of social issues not being effectively addressed; and there is a leadership deficit to address social/civic issues in the private sector.
Each of these extraordinary individuals we know, and have asked them if we can come back to them for further insights, ideas and potentially introductions to their peer world of thought leaders.
