Admiral John Richardson will offer a current assessment of U.S. Navy Cyberwarfare Strategy: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges. A Four-Star Admiral, 31st Chief of Naval Operations and Member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff until his recent retirement in late 2019, Admiral Richardson was

in charge of the following:

• All Naval operations
• The U.S. Fleet Cyber Command
• Navy Cyber Forces
• U.S. Tenth Fleet

Admiral Richardson holds a BS in physics from the U.S. Naval Academy,

MAs in electrical engineering from MIT and Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, and an advanced degree in national security strategy from the National War College.
